Be Weird: Normal Isn't Working - Part 3: Weird Money

Do you want to breakaway from the pack financially? It starts when you embrace the weird truth that God owns everything. That means we’re stewards, not owners, and therefore accountable to God for what we do with His money.

Bottom Line: How we view money impacts what we do with money.

Series Information

It’s a lie so subtle we don’t even notice it. It goes something like this: “It’s normal to have mountains of debt. It’s normal to have unfulfilling relationships. It’s normal to struggle in your faith. It’s normal to give in to temptation.” We normalize the lie when we buy that car we can’t afford or plunge headfirst into relationship after relationship. All the while, we try to ignore the nagging feeling that something’s not right. God says there’s a better way, but getting there means we’ll have to be—well… weird.

In this 6-part series, we’ll see that God doesn’t want us to blend in with the crowd. Instead, He wants us to renovate our minds in such a way that it leads to a different trajectory in life. Let’s get weird!
