Daniel: Shining in Babylon - Part 4: The Humbling
The story of Daniel 4 plays out in world history over and over. It’s a story about success and pride. As Nebuchadnezzar surveys his empire, he believes his greatness created it until God reminds him who gave him the kingdom. No one has to teach us to be proud; it’s something we come by naturally. But it doesn’t have to be a permanent problem. We can overcome it but it requires us to lift our heads to the one above it all and humble ourselves before him.
