Separation of Church and Hate
Are we making a point or making a difference? It’s easier to make a point—to slap a bumper sticker on our car, share an article on Facebook, or discount everything the “other” side says. Making a difference is messier. It requires relating to people with whom we may not agree. But that is what Jesus modeled. In this message, we’ll see – despite being more complicated and looking inconsistent at times – making a difference is what we are called to as a church.
